Spanish Steak

The Recipe


 
Ingredients:
1 Kilo steaks
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
2 onions sliced super thin
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
1 can of mushrooms
¼ cup olive oil and ¼ Balsamic Vinaigrette
Method:
1. Trim steak, and sprinkle with tenderizer if you have.
2. Brown both sides of steak in hot skillet with a spoon of oil.
3. Arrange in a shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle with soup mix.
4. Add onions, sliced peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms.
5. Add oil mixture.
6. Cover and bake at 350* for 1 hour or until tender
